Tickets

We offer both Early Bird and Standard ticket options for the Long Lunch.

Early Bird tickets are available from 1 May to 14 May, unless sold out prior. Once Early Bird tickets are exhausted or the sale period ends, Standard tickets will be available.

Early Bird Ticket: $165

Standard Ticket: $190

Your ticket includes a bottomless bar from arrival until departure.

Please note that all attendees are also required to purchase a return bus ticket ($50) when booking their lunch ticket. Transport will be available to and from both Darwin and Katherine, with further details provided below.

We recommend securing your spot early, as tickets are limited and expected to sell quickly.

Tickets will be available for purchase via the TryBooking link below as of the 1st May, where you can secure both your event ticket and return bus transport. Please note that refunds are not available; however, if you need to change the name of an attendee or experience any issues with your booking, please contact us at admin@thelonglunch.com

Seating

Want to sit with your mates on the day?

With big long tables on the day, the best way to ensure you’re seated together is by using a group reference when booking your tickets.

Here’s how it works:
Before purchasing your ticket, simply create a group reference. This can be anything, a name, code word or mix of letters.

Everyone in your group just needs to enter the same reference at checkout and we’ll make sure you’re seated together.

There’s no limit to how many people you can include, just make sure everyone uses the same group reference when booking.

Already bought your ticket and realised your friends are coming too? No problem, just send us an email and we can update your booking.

Coming on your own? Not a worry at all. This day is all about meeting new people, making connections and having a great time

Transport

All attendees are required to purchase a return bus ticket $50 per person when booking your lunch ticket.

Return bus services will be available from both Darwin and Katherine, with the following schedule:

Darwin Bus

  • Departs Darwin City at 9am

  • Depart Tipperary at 5pm (arriving approx. 8pm)

Katherine Bus

  • Departs Katherine at 9am

  • Departs Tipperary at 5pm (arriving approx. 8pm)

Bus pick up and drop off locations will be finalised soon and posted here for you to refer back to, you will also receive an email confirming bus details.

If you’re travelling from Darwin, we are planning to include one or two additional pick-up points along the way to help minimise the need to drive all the way into the city to catch the bus. These alternative locations are still being finalised, along with timings, and will be confirmed closer to the event.

When purchasing your tickets, please ensure you select the correct number of bus tickets to match your booking.

For our neighbours in the Douglas Daly region, you are welcome to make your own way to the event. A $0 transport option will be available at checkout, please ensure you select this option if you intend to drive. We kindly ask that this option is used at your discretion. If selected by non-local attendees, we may be in touch to arrange a seat on the bus. If driving please make your way to the station complex via Daly River road, if you require maps please use Google Maps.
